Our aim is to dispatch our orders within 24 hours on working days, you should receive your items within 2-5 working days. If you are ordering more than one item, your orders may be sent separately if anything is out of stock.
If you require next day delivery, please specify this in the Notes form at the point of purchase. It is also worth sending us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will try to arrange this, if it all possible, but would need to receive your order by 12 noon. It is likely this will result in an increased delivery charge.
Our Standard Rate
Standard UK Mainland: £5.95
All orders will require a signature on arrival.
We use DPD who provide all UK customers with a 1 hour window of delivery via text/email/app on the morning of delivery, alongside a range of in-flight options should they not be available during that hour, for example ‘leave in a safe place’ or ‘change the date of delivery’ or ‘collect from local pick up point’.

We want you to be entirely satisfied with your order, in the unlikely event this is not the case you can return your order to us within 14 days of receipt of your goods for an exchange or refund. All exchanges are subject to availability on return of goods. We aim to process all refunds within 14 days of receipt of goods.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a returns form stating if you would like to return or exchange the item.
All items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Fragile items should be packaged carefully as we will not be able to refund or exchange the item if it is damaged in transit.
You are responsible for the cost of returning your items unless you received a damaged, faulty or wrongly dispatched item.
Please note that personalised or bespoke items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Gift vouchers cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.
